May 12, 2025 – Guascor Energy B.A.U., a leading European manufacturer of high-quality gas and diesel engines and gensets, has entered into a distribution agreement with Sonnenberg Power Solutions L.L.C (SPS), a specialized system integrator in the marine and power generation sectors.
Under the agreement, SPS will serve as the exclusive distributor for Guascor Energy’s marine applications across the Middle East and Caspian Sea regions. In addition, the partnership establishes a strategic framework for collaboration on power generation projects across the Middle East and Central Asia. This initiative is designed to deliver advanced, sustainable energy solutions by combining Guascor Energy’s engineering excellence with SPS’s strong regional network and deep market expertise.
