On-shore & Flare gas

The technology involved in the extraction and transportation of fossil fuels requires significant energy and often results in the release of by products into the atmosphere, which cannot be transported along with the main fossil material. Our solutions help oil and gas customers address both challenges: providing reliable on-site power supply while preventing the release of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
For this application we have special low compression gensets capable to use gases with low methane number. 

Off-shore

Offshore installations require power solutions with very specific technical characteristics to ensure maximum safety. These requirements are driven by the limited ability to save lives in offshore conditions, as well as the catastrophic environmental consequences of failures at sea.
Here we can offer for our customers specifically designed and rigorously tested products compliant to these stringent safety standards.

On-site oil refineries

As oil fields in easily accessible locations are being exhausted, the oil and gas industry is increasingly focusing on projects in remote areas with no regular transportation and high delivery costs for extracted fossils to the mainland. In these conditions, on-site refineries become an attractive solution, as they help reduce the volume of deliveries from the oil field.
We support such projects by providing power generation equipment capable to utilize heavy crude oil fractions that are not economical for transportation, as well as harnessing the gases produced during the refining process.

Scope of Supply Options

Genset

For experienced customers who are capable of designing and building their own power plants, we offer generating sets and ancillary equipment. Additionally, we provide full support throughout the design process by supplying essential technical data and offering expert engineering consulting to ensure the success of the project.

Container

For quick installation and enhanced mobility, Sonnenberg Power Solutions LLC offers containerized power plants that are fully pre-assembled and ready for operation. Each containerized unit is designed for up to 2 MW, in line with transportation constraints, but the overall power plant capacity can scale.

Modular Plants

For the construction of large-scale power plants comprising tens of units with total outputs in the hundreds of MW, we provide advanced modular design equipment that simplifies and accelerates the installation process while ensuring efficient operation. Typically starting at capacities of 20 MW and above.
