Biogas Plants

The generation and proper collection of biogas for utilization is a

challenging task, requiring a complex system of equipment to supply

biomass and create the right conditions for microorganisms to convert it into biogas. Our engines, designed specifically for biogas utilization, feature a unique design that enables them to burn low-calorific fuels while preventing corrosion. This is crucial, as biogas contains numerous chemically aggressive components that can damage equipment.

While the generation and utilization of biogas is a sophisticated process, it is the only effective way to prevent the release of methane into the atmosphere. Methane has a greenhouse effect many times greater than that of carbon dioxide, making biogas utilization a key solution for environmental sustainability.

Greenhouse Plants

Greenhouse power systems are a highly specialized application

that require extensive experience from the supplier of the main

power generation equipment. The equipment used in greenhouse

power plants includes a variety of systems designed to neutralize

toxic emissions from exhaust gases, cool them below the dew

point, integrate with greenhouse climate control computers, and

regulate the dosing of heat supply to the greenhouse and

heat accumulator.

IPP

Cogeneration Plants

Sonnenberg Power Solutions LLC provides advanced power plants designed for the maximum utilization of fuel energy in the combined production of electricity, hot water, steam, and chilled water. These plants are ideal for industrial companies, chemical production, food industries, and other applications where heating or cooling is required for technological processes.
By fully harnessing the heat energy, our cogeneration systems improve economic efficiency while contributing to a reduction in global warming. Instead of burning additional fuel, the heat collected from the engine and alternator is repurposed, providing a sustainable source of free heat energy

Scope of Supply Options

Genset

For experienced customers who are capable of designing and building their own power plants, we offer generating sets and ancillary equipment. Additionally, we provide full support throughout the design process by supplying essential technical data and offering expert engineering consulting to ensure the success of the project.

Container

For quick installation and enhanced mobility, Sonnenberg Power Solutions LLC offers containerized power plants that are fully pre-assembled and ready for operation. Each containerized unit is designed for up to 2 MW, in line with transportation constraints, but the overall power plant capacity can scale.

Modular Plants

For the construction of large-scale power plants comprising tens of units with total outputs in the hundreds of MW, we provide advanced modular design equipment that simplifies and accelerates the installation process while ensuring efficient operation. Typically starting at capacities of 20 MW and above.
